The photos mainly have been taken 2023 during the holy week in Trapani, Sicily.
During the week, several processions take place in the city itself and in the surrounding area, culminating in a procession lasting over 24 hours on Good Friday.
Photographically, I do not want to show the procession itself, but rather focus on those people who, out of deepest conviction and faith, carry out the procession over generations.
